Title: Head Basketball Coach

Coach Troy Bond is a 29 year veteran of coaching high school boys basketball. Coach Bond spent eight years as an assistant at Lebanon High School Blue Devils where they had three state tournament teams 1995, 2000, and 2001. Coach Bond got his first head coaching job starting the program for the Wilson Central High School Wildcats from 2001-2015 where he spent fourteen seasons at the helm guiding the Wildcats to four state tournaments 2004, 2005, 2012, and 2014 as well as two additional sectional appearences 2007 and 2013. Coach Bond took over the Oakland High School Patriots job from 2015 - 2021 helping guide the Patriots to two state tournaments 2017 and 2019. Coach Bond was named the BCAT 2017 and 2019 AAA Coach of the Year. Coach Bond also was Head Coach of the TACA/BCAT East All-Star teams 2014, 2016 and 2022. Coach Bond has a record of 421-223 as a head coach. Coach Bond graduated and played college basketball at Columbia State Community College and Tennessee State University where he recieved his bachelor's degree in History and additionally his master's degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. Coach Bond has two sons Jonathon 26 and Maravich 21.
